Buying new house and land

Don’t think because you are buying a newly constructed residence and land that everything is rosey.  Of cause it may look good there may be underlying problems in more ways than one.  Building defects may be present that will not show up until years and later and when you go to get them fixed, that is why you will find out.  You need experienced building inspector to expose where visible the defects, plus the important certification and documentation are in place.
