No good just saying there is a building defect without details, the defects must have a cause and affect, these details must be explained in detail why it is considered a defect, sometime what may be considered may be a design issue, that is the contractor follows the requirements of the Structural and design detail. Defects to some may be a within allowable tolerances, therefore not a defect. It is very important to use those who know and not to exaggerate the issues as this will only costs you money.
