Prior, would include the Dilapidation Reports on any existing or neighbouring properties or existing residence where extensive renovations and extensions are to be carried out.
During, Mandatory times during the construction when exposure is at its best, before the cover up, generally based on the type and size of construction.
After, When the claim for practical completion by the contractor , or prior to occupation.
