If the property is not inspected by a person who has the knowledge and experience defective items at the strategic times throughout the construction period they will the unacceptable COVER-UP. Only to be found at a later date, but then the rectifications can be very expensive and trying to get the issue rectified is very difficult and stressful in trying to get the response from the contractor. Don’t let it get to that stage. Get in before the COVER-UP!!
